At HeyMath! we believe in giving people opportunities and space to get the job done. Self sufficiency is the key and everyone is responsible for their own work. On any given day, you may be required to wear on several different thinking hats. We're totally open to new ways of doing things and almost always work out of the box.
There is little in the way of corporate hierarchy with each individual contributing, in their own way, towards a common belief and goal. The words 'Multitask' and 'Bandwidth' can always be heard but this doesn't mean that we are all work and no fun. Cricket matches take place every alternate weekend with everyone joining in the fun. However, on a more serious note, the only reason there will ever be grudges in the office is 'Foosball'. Yes, we have a fanatic foosball contingent that won't stop at anything to take the honors at our annual foosball tournament.
If you ever get the munches, we have a free stocked snack bar that is most appetizing, and to top it all, we have a monthly Foodfest where team members take turns throughout the year to cook for the entire group! Oh, and we also have several workshops and excursions to help the team relax all year round - from movies to yoga to the great outdoors...
